Founded by Nate and Christine Hereford, Chicken Scratch was born out of the desire to offer delicious, seasonal food that replicates home-cooked family dinners.

Chicken Scratch is an elevated take on rotisserie chicken. Our chickens are seasoned with a rub that allows our chickens to be the star of the show. Our chickens then slowly cook in our Rotisol rotisserie oven, timed to be fresh, hot, and dripping with flavor. All of our chickens will be served with a variety of house-made sauces.
